FAITH
Faith is a licensed Cosmetologist and has been doing hair since she was a child. From a very young age she knew that this is what she was born to do! She has a spunky energy combined with a patient nature. Her love of hair and makeup keeps her constantly educating herself on the latest techniques until she perfects them.
KISHA
Kisha has been in the beauty industry for 18 years.Her gift as a talented makeup artist and hairstylist has given her the ability to transform women from ordinary to extraordinary. She is a true artist in every way! Her work has been published numerous times and she has ever won multiple awards worldwide for her special effects makeup on film.
AMBER
Amber has been in the beauty industry for 12 years. She realized her gift of doing hair and makeup at an early age and never stops pursuing education on new styles and techniques.. Her passion is to help women look and feel beautiful. Amber’s sweet spirit and attentive listening helps her to connect to her clients, and understand their vision and personal taste. She works to make sure that every client achieves the look they desire.
MELISSA
Melissa has been in the hair and makeup industry for over 15 years. Her work has been featured in many publications and websites across the country. Her search for a more creative endeavor brought her to the Brushworx team. Her great sense of humor, incredible talent, and ability to connect with people makes her a valuable part of the Brushworx Team. When she’s not at work she is a consumate DIY’er and mom of 3 amazing kids.
MARIA
Maria’s career as a professional makeup artist started in 2005 for a well known premium retail cosmetic vendor. Since then she has gained experience working in all medias. She has worked on fashion shows for Saks Fifth Avenue, San Juan fashion week and done makeup for numerous photo shoots and video productions. Maria’s passion for making women feel and look their best, led her to bridal makeup. Her greatest strength is in her ability to listen to her clients and work with them to achieve the look they want. While her energy and creativity drive her to remain cutting edge, her professionalism, skill, and laid back personality enable her to master any situation.
REBECCA
Rebecca has been a hairstylist for over 9 years and is a licensed Cosmetology Teacher.She regularly impresses people with her thirst for knowledge and ability to both copy a style and create her own. Her passion for bridal hair comes from her desire to make everyone feel as calm and comfortable as possible. Asking all the right questions and going through pictures to come with an idea to create the best possible style for every bride and bridesmaid. She strives to make everyone look and feel exceptionally beautiful.
KATRINA
Katrina James is a Certified Makeup Artist with over 7 years of experience in the beauty and cosmetic industry. Through years of working for several major beauty brands including: Anastasia Beverly Hills, M•A•C• Cosmetics, Clinique and even managing Ulta, she has gained a superb aptitude for classic technique, familiarity with products, and phenomenal customer service. In recent years, she has focused on refining her technique and continuing her education by attending trade shows and taking numerous courses and seminars from celebrity makeup artists Sam Fine, Renny Vasquez, and Danessa Myricks, to name a few. Katrina enjoys working in both the bridal and pageantry industry.
MEKO
Meko Davis is a makeup & hair artist, currently based out of Atlanta, GA. She has worked with numerous clients on many different projects, including Bridal, television shows, commercials, music videos and runway shows. With her clean, fresh approach to makeup, she has a knack for making each client look and feel like the very best version of themselves. She continually educates herself on the latest trends and techniques. Her professionalism and positive attitude puts any client at ease!
SHANNON
Shannon Jennings is a well known, leading bridal hair and makeup artist in Atlanta. She has freelanced in this industry for over 15 years. Shannon began her career in college as she studied Journalism and TV Broadcast news. She interned for CBS News and realized that she preferred to be on the other side of the camera - making everyone beautiful and camera ready! Over the years, Shannon continues to work diligently, studying new trends for each upcoming bridal season. She is passionate about her clients and listens intently to bring each bride’s vision to life. She is very creative and detailed, making sure everything is perfect for her clients. Shannon says her goal is to make each bride the most beautiful version of herself on her big day. She is patient and is known for being a peaceful presence on the wedding day.
Leslie is a licensed cosmetologist from Miami, Florida and has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years. She has a huge heart and a wonderfully playful sense of humor. Coupled with her fantastic artistry these qualities make her a perfect artist for your wedding day!
Lindsay has spent the last 14 years in the cosmetic industry and is a highly trained, Atlanta based Makeup artist. Her love for art and makeup started at a very early age and in 2006 her passion blossomed into a career. Lindsay has worked with many talented photographers and agencies and continues to grow her presence. As well, she is making a name for herself in the bridal makeup industry, creating custom looks for her brides and wedding parties while utilizing her skills with traditional makeup and airbrushing. Lindsay has taught several classes on makeup artistry throughout her career and continues to build beautiful relationships with all of her clients. Lindsay started working with Brushworx in 2018, has serviced many of the company’s wedding parties, and absolutely loves working for the company!
